Terms and Conditions – ze777 Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ze777, the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ze777.run and any related sub-domains, mobile interfaces, or applications operated under the ze777 brand. By accessing ze777 in any capacity — whether to browse, register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or play any game — you are entering into a legally binding agreement with ze777 and agreeing to be bound by these Terms in full.

The minimum deposit at ze777 is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your ze777 wallet in real time for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and within one to two hours for IBFT bank transfers depending on your bank's processing times.

Withdrawals are processed after a one-time KYC verification is completed on your ze777 account. Once verified, withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within fifteen minutes. IBFT transfers may take up to one business day. ze777 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits made via one payment method must generally be returned to the same method unless ze777's compliance team approves otherwise. ze777 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on transactions it considers unusual, and to delay withdrawal processing in such cases pending the outcome of that review.

The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be bet before the balance can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 10× on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 worth of qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus element can be withdrawn.

• Bonus funds are used for wagering before real-money balance unless stated otherwise in the specific offer.
• Free bets that win generate the net winnings only, not the free bet stake itself.
• ze777 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from an account if it believes the bonus was claimed in error, through exploitation of a technical fault, or through breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between ze777 accounts.

ze777 offers betting on a wide range of sports including cricket (PSL, international matches), football (Premier League, Champions League, La Liga and more), and other sports made available on the platform from time to time. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed at ze777:

• All bets are final once confirmed through the bet slip. ze777 will not cancel or amend a bet on the basis that you made a mistake after confirmation.
• Minimum bet across all sports markets at ze777 is Rs 100 unless otherwise stated in specific market rules.
• In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or void event, ze777's individual sport rules apply — generally, bets are refunded at odds of 1.00 unless a result has already been determined.
• For PSL and cricket, if a match is reduced due to rain and a result is determined by Duckworth-Lewis method, bets are settled on the official result.
• ze777 reserves the right to void bets made at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from human error or technical malfunction, even after the event has concluded.
• In-play bets are accepted at ze777's discretion and may be suspended at any point during an event without notice.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to succeed. One void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg; the bet continues on the remaining selections.

ze777 may impose maximum winning limits on any bet or combination of bets. These limits will be communicated to the player before the bet is confirmed wherever technically possible.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ze777. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and any winnings generated through prohibited activity will be voided:

• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotions or manipulate game outcomes (collusion)
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with ze777
• Attempting to launder money, finance unlawful activity, or conduct any transactions at ze777 in connection with criminal activity
• Using VPN, proxy, or any other technical tool to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ze777 staff through any channel
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or reproducing any part of ze777's platform, odds, or content

ze777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide account information, transaction records, and communication logs to relevant Pakistani authorities upon lawful request.

ze777 may suspend or close a player account at any time, with or without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity
• The player requests self-exclusion or account closure under ze777's Responsible Gaming framework
• ze777 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity, other players, or ze777's regulatory standing

Players may also close their ze777 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. On voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method following standard KYC confirmation. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

All content on ze777 — including but not limited to brand name, logo, website design, software, odds data, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of ze777 or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants players any intellectual property rights over ze777 content.

ze777 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ze777 will notify registered players via email or platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

If you continue to use ze777 after revised Terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes. Your real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method on account closure.
